This week I want to pass along some tips for having a germ-free Summer.
As well we all know, washing our hands frequently is the most important way to keep germs from spreading. So wash those hands just as often as you can!
Another good one is if you're feeling the need to cough or sneeze, provide yourself w/ tissue, and if tissue isn't available, it is recommended that you sneeze into the crease of you own elbow (ewww! Lol!)
Do not drink or eat off of another's cup or plate as this can contribute to the spread of germs.
Also, and I know this is tough for a lot of us (myself included), but let's try to make less physical contact w/ one another (if possible), and keep a nice distance to protect against the accidental cough or sneeze.
One last tip that I'd like to share is keeping one's self healthy! It's just as important as anything else we've mentioned, if not the most important. Surround yourself w/ fruits & vegetables (especially greens) to keep your immune system ready to fight anything!
With all of this said, let's get back to LIVING!
