  1. Not that it matters but, #10A the lease to buy the fire apparatus:
    the cost is listed at $552,556 with an annual payment of $89,158 for seven years. Paying $89,158 for seven years equals $624,106. That's a difference of over $71,000. Leases usually vary based on interest rates. In this time of low interest rates it would seem the payments would be relatively low. And, there should be 0 residual to pay at the conclusion of the lease.
